• Paintings
• Photography
• Digital designs

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colors and materials may vary slightly.

 

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are the apllicable currency and include VAT where legally required.

Prices may change without notice.

 

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Mollie.

Accepted methouds may include:

• iDEAL
• Google pay
• Apple Pay
• Debit cards
• Credit cards

Orders are processed after payment has been succesfully received.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimated and may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

KINGSANDROSES is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

 

6. Returns

Consumers may return products within 14 days of receipt. 

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Include original packaging and tags

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

 

7. Custom-made products

Custom-made, personalized, commissioned, modified, or made-to-order products are produced speciffically for the customer.

These producs are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• They arrive damaged
• A manufacturing defect is present

This includes:

Custom Clothing

• Bespoke garments
• Commissioned artworks

Personalized products or items.

 

8. Artwork, Paintings & Sculptures

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, sculptures, and paintings:

• Minor variations may occur
• Each piece may differ slightly from photographs

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on KINGSANDROSES is proteced by copyright and intelectual property laws, including:

• Logos
• Artwork
• Clothing designs
• Photography
• Sculptures
• Graphics
• Text

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

KINGSANDROSES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arrising from use of the website or products, except where prohibited by law.

11.Governing Law

These terms & conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurdisction of the competent  courts of the Netherlands.
